Carbazole, found in nature in high temperature tar fractions, is about 1.5%. Carbazole is a class of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds containing electrons, and carbazole itself and its derivatives exhibit many excellent photoelectric properties and biological activities. As an important intermediate for fine chemicals, carbazole has a wide range of applications in many fields.
At present, carbazole and its derivatives are mainly used in the fields of optoelectronic materials, dyes, pigments, medicines, pesticides and synthetic resins.
